Session Chair Instructions

30th International Symposium on Remote Sensing of Environment November 10-14, 2004

The Speakers' Room (Waianae Room) Hours are: Sunday, November 9, 11 am to 10 pm Monday through Thursday, November 10-13, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday, November 14, 7:30 am to 12:00 noon.

Check in at Speakers' Room the day before your session. Provide contact information in case Session Speakers need to reach you.

Confirm attendance and participation of each speaker prior to the session.

Room Monitor will deliver speaker biographies and will upload presentations onto laptop 15-minutes prior to session.

Introduce each speaker by giving his/her Name, affiliation and paper title.

Provide Speaker with 2-minute warning to wrap up their 15 minute presentation.

Remaining 15 minutes of session is for questions and discussion for all the presentations.

Complete evaluation form for papers that merit publication in special issue of ISPRS. Room Monitor will collect form from you.
